"Andrusko and Natalija were fantastic hosts - very friendly and accommodating. Nothing is a problem to them and they are just next door if you need anything. They offered to take us to and from the airport which was great. They even gave us a bowl of mandarins picked fresh from their garden. The apartment was immaculately clean and well presented. The only thing that could be improved slightly was the kitchen, as there was no oven or microwave - just 2 electric hobs to cook with. The apartment is set up on a hill about 15 minutes walk from Cavtat. We had our 4-month-old boy with us, so it was quite tough pushing him up and down the hill in his pushchair. Not a massive problem, just something to be aware of. There's a bus stop right outside if you didn't fancy the walk. Cavtat itself is great for young families. It's not too busy, but there's plenty for you to do in the day and at night - some nice restaurants too. Also, getting to Dubrovnik is straightforward and quick if you want a change of scenery. The island of Lokrum is definitely worth a visit also. We hired a car for a day for about £40 and drove to Mostar in Bosnia. It took about 2.5 hours each way, but it was definitely worth it. Driving in Croatia and Bosnia was pretty straightforward. There's a small shop about 2 minutes up the hill. There's not loads to choose from but there's all the basics that you would need. Overall, a great family holiday and I'd definitely return.."
